Stone Harbor Investment Partners

In the fall of 2014, Stone Harbor Investment Partners contracted PPI for the installation and integration of AV systems for their 17th floor expansion lease. Stone Harbor Investment Partners, located at 31 W. 52^nd Street, is an investment management firm that oversees more than $56 billion in assets.

The new floor, which was completed in the spring of 2015, features two executive level conference rooms. Each room is outfitted with dual display professional video conferencing, integrated audio conferencing, local presentation capabilities, and a touch panel with a custom GUI for a single point of control. PPI also installed seventeen large format displays throughout the trading floor and a video-over-IP distribution system to handle content distribution. Traders use a custom GUI on iPads to control the sources on each display, which include multiple cable TV channels and a camera feed from their London office. A 70’ x 8” LED stock ticker spans the trading floor, and two large format LED world clocks round out an AV installation that reflects Stone Harbor’s strong commitment to a global perspective.
