Cooley – New York

In the fall of 2017 Cooley engaged PPI to design AV technology solutions for their new offices in Hudson Yards. Their ambitious goal was to create a collaboration culture and change the way people worked at this innovative legal firm. In every conference room or meeting space, an easy-to-use Zoom Room interface encourages a self-service collaboration culture, while the meticulously integrated technology elements provide an experience consistent with the highest user expectations.

Leveraging interactive displays in every meeting space, users are now accustomed to seamlessly joining a video call with a single touch, and then joining a collaborative whiteboarding sessions with remote participants. Divisible multi-purpose rooms provide flexible, configurable meeting spaces for large groups, while maintaining a consistent user experience from the smallest huddle room. A two-story, 1.2mm LED wall greets visitors to the office with an immersive video experience that reinforces the message that Cooley leads their industry in using technology to improve how they do business.
