After numerous bilateral meetings about the specific needs of the firm, account managers at PPI came up with unique solutions for three conference rooms, a divisible training room and a dedicated bidding room. The images shown here are from the second floor conference room, designed for high definition video conferencing during bidding and project management scenarios, and the first floor training room. The design allows presenters to easily pull documents from the network, assess project needs and mark up proposals during reviews. In the conference room, two 80″ monitors mounted on articulating arms can be used for multi-site calls and allow meeting participants to see presentation content and the far end of a video call simultaneously. At the other end of the room, an interactive SMART Board with Meeting Pro software allows for seamless collaboration and manipulation of visual content during calls and meetings.
