Session will teach users how to write notes in digital ink over documents, web pages and applications, save work for distribution in various formats, and integrate Microsoft Office applications. Users will also learn how to use the toolbar to toggle between desktop and whiteboard and to access shapes, lines and text, and to select pen colors, eraser widths, the on-screen keyboard and highlighters. This two-hour training session includes one hour of training and one hour for questions and customization.

Presentation Products’ Meeting Pro Premium and Bridgit Server Training builds on the basic hardware and software functionality training of Meeting Pro software, then covers the additional features in Meeting Pro Premium, teaching your staff how to create and manage engaging collaboration sessions and remote meetings. Participants will learn how to:

• Convert handwritten notes to text objects
• Automate data conferencing with SMART Bridgit conferencing software
• Share screens with remote participants
• Manage multiple displays from the meeting room computer

Presentation Products’ Fundamentals Training offers hardware and basic functionality instruction. Participants will learn about hardware components, how the SMART Board interactive whiteboard works, and the basic principles of touching, writing and saving within Notebook Software. In addition, educators will learn how to add images and interactivity to lessons, how to maneuver through the software using tabs, toolbars and menus. Participants will also discover how to create properties, change properties and manipulate objects. Participants will receive Professional Development hours for each training session completed.

Presentation Products’ Intermediate Training will provide learning on the use of Ink Aware applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. After completing this course, users will have the ability to manipulate objects and capture information into SMART Notebook Software, learn how to build engaging activities with a variety of interactive lesson activities by using gallery items, linking objects and pages, and creating interactive graphics. In addition, participants will learn how to use the Lesson Activity Toolkit to create organized, standards-based lessons. Participants will receive Professional Development hours for each training session completed.

Presentation Products’ Advanced Training will provide learning on integrating tables, animating objects, using the magic pen, creating web links and adding sounds. Participants will learn how to use page grouping to organize lessons and how to add rich-media to lessons using the Page Recorder and Video Recorder. Additionally, participants will learn how to leverage interactive tools to deliver sophisticated, interactive lessons. Participants will receive Professional Development hours for each training session completed.

Presentation Products’ SMART Notebook Certification will cover Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced training sessions, and follows the training content standards set by SMART Technologies for Certification. This session will provide learning on hardware components, how the SMART Board interactive whiteboard works, and the basic principles of touching, writing and saving within Notebook Software. Participants will learn how to use Ink Aware applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additionally, participants will learn both intermediate and advanced features of the SMART Board such as using gallery items, adding links and sounds, integrating tables, how to group pages and organize lessons, and how to add rich media content to lessons.
